Overview

The Tamil Nadu MSME Department — under Chief Minister Vijay's government — is conducting a free 3-Day Training Programme on App Development Using AI from July 15 to 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

The programme is conducted by the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute of Tamil Nadu (EDII-TN) at their campus in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai. It is designed for anyone aged 18 and above with basic computer knowledge — no coding experience required.

This is a direct outcome of CM Vijay's commitment to making Tamil Nadu a technology-first state — reflected in India's first dedicated AI Ministry and the Vetri Tamizhagam vision of a ₹1.5 trillion economy powered by innovation.
