Veera Raghavan is an elite former RAW field agent who leaves the intelligence service after a covert mission goes tragically wrong, resulting in civilian casualties. While visiting a luxury shopping mall with Preethi, a television presenter he has recently met, Veera becomes trapped when an armed terrorist group storms the mall, taking hundreds of civilians hostage as part of a plot to secure the release of dangerous prisoners.
Former RAW officer Althaf Hussain recognises Veera's presence inside the building and secretly coordinates with him from outside. Using his military training, Veera quietly eliminates terrorists one by one while maintaining the illusion that he is just another civilian, eventually uncovering a much larger conspiracy involving smuggling a notorious terrorist leader out of India.
In the final act, Veera defeats the terrorist leader and his associates, rescues the hostages, and neutralises the national security threat — finding redemption through one final mission.
