⚠️ Full Plot — Spoilers Below
Parthiban lives quietly in Theog with his wife Sathya and children Siddhu and Chintu, running a café and an animal rescue centre. After he kills a group of armed robbers in self-defence, national news coverage reaches Telangana-based crime lord Antony Das, who becomes convinced Parthiban is his long-lost son, Leo Das.
A flashback reveals Leo's history: raised inside the Das family's drug syndicate, he rebelled when his father planned to sacrifice his twin sister Elisa in an occult ritual to protect the business. In the resulting confrontation, Elisa was killed and Leo was shot and presumed dead.
Back in the present, Harold kidnaps Parthiban's son to force a confrontation. Parthiban embraces his past as Leo one final time, defeating Antony and Harold's syndicate and rescuing his family, before returning to his peaceful life in Theog.
A post-credit phone call from Agent Vikram — voiced by Kamal Haasan — hints that Leo's skills may be needed again, officially confirming his place in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe.
